Cards are sent by 2nd Class Delivery. Royal Mail state that 2nd Class Delivery arrives within 2 to 3 working days. (NB. Deliveries may take longer than normal at Christmas and New Year times of the year).

Royal Mail state that: Second Class and bulk letters will move to an alternate weekday delivery schedule (e.g. Mon/Wed/Fri one week, Tues/Thurs the next). This change won’t affect delivery targets – Second Class items will still aim to arrive within three working days.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm (excluding bank holidays) will usually be dispatched within 24 hours. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. We do our best to dispatch all orders on the same day, but during busy periods they may be delayed until the following day.

Please get in touch if you require a bulk order through our Contact Form. Using the SKU code below the images. We may need additional stock to process your bulk order and this may take up to 7 working days. If we encounter any delays we will contact you.

If you decide to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been despatched when we receive your cancellation, you will have to return the goods to us. You will be liable for return postal costs.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please get in touch using the Contact Form within 7 days. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item returned to us in its original condition. Unfortunately we will only refund return postage costs if the reason for the return is a result of our error or if the Greeting Card is damaged.

• When purchasing Greeting Cards, you are required to enter your full name, full address including postcode and email.
• All greeting cards are printed onto A5 glossy card (17.78 x 12.7 cm (7x5 inch).
• Each card comes with an envelope for mailing or gifting. Inserted into a clear Cello Bag.
• All cards are blank on the inside for you to personalize.
• The colours on your chosen printed card may slightly differ from the image displayed on your screen.

E-Video products are intangible items delivered electronically.

Sorry but we cannot issue a refund after the E-Video has been downloaded.
Please get in touch if the E-Video has not downloaded or is corrupt and we will send your chosen E-Video to your email address.

GothCardz grants you a non-assignable, non-transferable, limited license to use the digital content provided by GothCardz (“E-Videos”) for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to and in accordance with these Terms.

You shall not:
    1.    redistribute, repackage, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, publicly display, rent, share, lend, modify, extract, reveal, adapt, edit, sub-license and/or otherwise transfer or misuse the E-Videos;
    2.    use the E-Videos for synchronisation, public performance, promotional use, commercial sale, resale, reproduction and/or distribution;
    3.    infringe the rights of the GothCardz copyright owners; and/or
    4.    use the E-Videos or any other means to download and/or save E-Videos on public Internet terminals, shared devices, and/or public computers.

Violation of any of the above restrictions may result in a termination of your ability to access the E-Videos. GothCardz reserves any and all rights or remedies that may be available in the event of your breach of these Terms.

• You cannot sell the E-Video
• You can use an E-Video for your personal use only
• You can send an E-Video to family or friends
• You cannot post the downloaded E-Video on any social media platforms
